I just came across this, and with the East Coast Fall Rally just around the corner, and plenty of riding left for the year for most of us, I thought this was a good enough time to put this up as a reminder.

One of the first things they teach you in the MSF Off-Road course.  It's interesting how riding is so intuitive that you automatically steer toward whatever you are looking at.  All it takes is a little practice and you stop focusing on the obstacle and instead look around it.
