Saturday mornings I hit the road at 6am to breakfast at a restaurant on a small airport north of Ft Worth. In attendance is between 20 and 40 bikes of a diverse nature with no club affiliation. From Hardlys to scooters and old to new we talk bikes and watch airplanes while filling our bellys. Life just doesn't get any better. Alot of different people with different bikes each Saturday. Its great to see so many different bikes and talk to the owners about their experiences with them. So far I am the only FJ that has been attending and it generates its share of interest. This usually starts when I hear the question "Who's riding the FJ?" This question is invariably posed by a former FJ owner. The conversation usually ends with " I wish I still had it and never should of sold it". All of these previous owners have interesting comments about their FJ's. Yes there is still plenty of interest in these "old" bikes.  Dave
A pistol is like a parachute, if you need one and don't have one you will never need one again.

Yep, we get that often, always fond memories...... "FJ what a great bike...I wish I still had mine.."

or worse..."Nice FJ...my dad had one of those..."
