:dash1:  I would like to replace, completely, the plug wires and caps on my '85. However, how do you remove the spark plug wires from the coils, with out damaging the coils :scratch_one-s_head: I couldn't find anything using 'search' (popcorn)

Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely, in an attractive & well preserved body...but rather to slide in sideways, body completely worn out and and with your last dying breath screaming, "HOOOYA LIFE, lets try that again"!!!

I did mine a year or 2 ago. They twisted out of the coils with no problems. Same with the cap end (end cap is resistive).  They are solid core wires and got mine across the counter at NAPA.  I think they were 7mm solid core less than 10 dollars.  The stock wires have a protective sleeves that you can reuse.
