Toronto-GTA winter storage/workspace requested

Looking for some storage and workspace for the winter.  I live in Scarborough and am willing to go out to the surrounding GTA (or further?).  Preferably heated as I need to do some work on the bike - mainly removing rear end, for new chain, bearing inspections/greasing, exhaust, and whatever else I break while doing it.

I have an oddball work schedule (7pm - 7am, 3 night on - 3 nights off), so my days off are all over the place - mostly weekdays.

Willing to pay (obviously), so if you have any spare room, or know someone who is willing to rent out some, please send me a PM or you can just reply to this post.
