So last weekend wife and I went up to Buffalo Wyoming for the 3rd annual Longmire Days.  Longmire is a TV show set in Wyoming about a sheriff solving murders.
My wife loves the show and I kinda watch it.  Most of the cast was there in Buffalo and we got to meet them, get pictures and autographs, it was fun.
But the best part was Katee Sackoff, who played Starbuck in Battlestar Galactica and Vic on Longmire, brought along her BFF Tricia Helfer who played Number 6 on BSG.

Here's my photo with Tricia.
She was very... um, friendly. When I walked up to her to get her photo, as I was asking if I could get a photo, she turned and sidled up real close like she was going to kiss me, I didn't know what she was doing.
I was like, "You're in my personal space, but I like it!"  :wacko2:  My wife is just laughing as she takes the photo.

She's like 5'10" or better. I'm 6'5" so you can see how tall she is compared to me.

They went on a poker run, I didn't have my FJ with me, but both Katee and Tricia ride, and the organizers rented Harleys from Billings for them to ride.  The Harley behind us is the one Tricia rode.
Then after the run, I got my photo with Katee:

My wife got photos with Robert Taylor, the Longmire star of the show.
Great weekend, mellow. Buffalo has a population of about 4500, and the crowd wasn't big, so it was a lot of fun.
We talked to most of the actors, they are great people, very down to earth.
Anyhow.

Wow, that is excellent! I only really know Katee from "24", must have been a real buzz.

Very cool photos. I miss Buffalo, Wy. We lived there from 1999 until 2007.  We get a kick out of hearing some of the places mentioned on Longmire, but you can tell they are no where near those places. Oh well, we still enjoy the show.

Buffalo is a beautiful little town. We were very impressed.
Have you noticed on Longmire how the license plates are 24 county? Haha.
It's fun to see the little Wyoming things they try to include.
I just wish they filmed it in Wyoming instead of New Mexico.

Yes, I did get a chuckle out of the county 24 plates as well.
