At the end of April I got this bike from a friend that had let it sit for the past 12 years. Carbs were frozen, gummed and overall a mess. There had been something living in the air cleaner and was storing the dogs food there. The tank was pretty rusty and gummed up inside, the fuel was a nice rust color when it came out, and tires were riddled with dry rot. Mechanically bike was bad but cosmetically it wasn't bad at all.

Project stuff: purchased rebuilt carbs (and with Randy's help got all the right jetting), cleaned tank with phosphorous acid bath (from a post on here). New plugs, UNI pods, fuel lines, fuel filter, oil change (should have done the RPM oil filter kit), new front and rear tires (w/GSXR wheel swap), new braided brake lines, rebuilt front master cylinder, RPM LED brake light w/turn signals, new mirrors (VFR 750) and new Delkevic pipes.

Have just finished up over the last few days and eager to put some miles on her.  I've only put about 40 miles on it so far and everything seems to be going well.  Runs smooth with new carbs but especially since Randy walked me through all the jetting changes and adjustments.
Pretty sure I'm done for a little while fixing/modding and just going to enjoy it.  I will probably be looking into the suspension at some point.

Pretty pumped to have this bike back on the road!
Attaching a couple pics.

Looks pretty sharp there buddy!  You'll have to check out the "If you run out of things to polish" thread for this winter.
