I got all of my grommets from Clark Rubber here in Melbourne Australia.   Cost between $1.00-$130 Each depending on size.   I think Yamaha wanted about $15.00 each for them.   Yamaha and Clark Rubber are next door to each other here so the choice was easy.      My 92 FJ needed 12.   5 for each side cover and 1 for back grommets on narrow rear side covers.   That would be less than $20 delivered to USA or Europe.   Aussies should be cheaper.    If anyone needs any let me know what sizes and quanitiy and I can pick some up and send them out.   If I get enough interest I could maybe make up some packs with all grommets.  Are all the FJ's set up the same grommet wise?   My email address is theowens4@optusnet.com.au. :good2:

$130 Each??!!?  That sure seems pricey for a grommet.... :)  (Damn decimals)

Thanks for the response guys, much appreciated.I also have both grommets missing on the front lower fairing.Have tried Yamaha but its apparently a no go.They are a oval shaped grommet with one side a bit bigger than the other.Yamaha part number is 90480-01405-00.Any info or help appreciated.

Sorry guys I think someone stole my decimal point.   They cost bet $1 and $1.30 each.  I think the huge price per grommet I got from yamaha was for the fuel tank grommets.   The Clark rubber grommets come in all shapes and sizes and are soft pliable black rubber.

Thanks for the tip about Clark Rubber :nyam1: I'll make certain to check them out next time I'm in Townsville.
