:hi: Peter and I will roll your way on the Friday :good2: Floor space for two nights please, if possible :scratch_one-s_head:

John.
Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely, in an attractive & well preserved body...but rather to slide in sideways, body completely worn out and and with your last dying breath screaming, "HOOOYA LIFE, lets try that again"!!!

You guys will be almost riding past my house! I am on Boulter Rd off hwy28 Just before McArthurs Mills. Some groups of riders take Boulter Rd to skip across to hwy62. There is a few hills to start out with and a good sized valley view of the conroy marsh for the sennic types who like nature. The road is a little chippy in some spots but not to shabby, just a thought. I should be able to make the ride and look forward to meeting some fellow FJ riders. I need to figure out where to hook up with you lads and go from there. I will also see if my daughter wants to join with me on her EX500.

Gidday Donnie,  :hi:

Will be great to meet you! Join in any where you can. Heck, come on down to Napanee, if you like.  Its around a 2 hour ride( to Napanee), and it would finish close to your front door in the evening.

A better road is always welcome!  Even better when lead by people who know the area!  I remember the view at the top where the turn to Hardwood Lake is. NICE!  :good:

Ps: I believe there will be another Ninja on the ride too.

Wheelers is a beautiful spot, out in the middle of nowhere! :good:

There are a few buildings, including a blacksmith, a chainsaw Museum, the restaurant, etc. Etc.
I will grab a couple more pics and post them up...

We hope to be to Wheelers by 2pm.  Hopefully earlier than that.
We will certainly keep you posted

The ride should be a good one. I looked up this old article I had seen a few years ago. We will be riding some of those roads, too.  .... Wheelers is in there as well.

So far, the riders attending are:

Tiger, PF, Fuel80guy, myself&wifey,  HemiBob, JC, Bob, Akinc, Anvil99, Gp, Donnie, Megan, Sabre, Frank.

Seeing everyone & meeting some new faces will be a great time!

The leaves on the trees up there are starting to turn now. Excellent! Bright fall colours to boot!

Yamaha Motor Canada wants to share in the enthusiasm as well.  Thanks to Charlie's efforts, they have sent some swag and best wishes for a fun/safe ride (again).

Good times!  :drinks:

:hi: Looking forward to meeting up with every-one this weekend :yahoo:

For those that are going over to Paul's on Friday: I'm meeting up with my brother Peter at Tim Horton's on the N W corner Hwy 9 and Airport Road for 7 a.m. We will be going 'across country' to avoid Toronto and the Friday 400 series rush hour monotony :dash2: Charlie and Co are welcome to join us for a more scenic ride

You guys should try to make a stop at Woody's Cycle in Perth.  He is open till 2pm on Sat and he has one of the larger motorcycle wrecking yards in Ontario, as well as a motorcycle museum.  He is quite the character and he would love to see a bunch of FJs pull in as he is a proud owner of an 84FJ 1100 recently appraised at $3600.

He has sections of motorcycle parts in the woods...  Need a gas tank.. go to the gas tank section where there are hundreds of gas tanks hanging from the trees...

Here is his home page, check out the salvage yard under the 'bikes' tab...

That would be neato! If we have time, we could swing around that area and see Woody's.  You would have to lead us there...
