So the 92 that I bought a few months back I started doing upgrades this weekend with the help of Randy at RPM. I changed over to the new oil cooler from the 90 http://www.rpmracingca.com/proddetail.asp?prod=M%2FC%3AFJCoolerKit checked the valves, changed the front brake to the blue dots. I also changed the master to the FJR style. During this I found the steering head bearings were bad so I had to change them out. I also switched over the front forks to http://www.rpmracingca.com/proddetail.asp?prod=M%2FC%3ARPMForkValve. I also changed out the rear shock to the http://www.rpmracingca.com/proddetail.asp?prod=M%2FC%3ARPMShock%2891-95%29. While doing some maintenance I found I need so clutch plates. So the bike is almost ready for the rally  at the end of the month. I just rode it for about 20 min home but it already rides better but I will see tomorrow. It has been a long weekend but thanks to Randy's guidance while he was working on other things, I got it done.

Hey Keary, nice to meet you last Sunday...sorry I couldn't stick around Randy's shop and visit...had some miles to travel before the end of the day.

WOW...you do not mess around. Talk about a FJ makeover. In one fell swoop you have done what takes many of us years to put together.

Major Kudos to you. See you at the WCR!  Pat
