Since it was such a nice day (high 70's) apparently everyone else thought it was a good idea also! :good:

The cruiser ratio is on the high end of the scale however.............................. :sarcastic:

Good on you Alan, and the cruisers are everywhere, aren't they?
Mine is ready to go, just haven't taken it out yet (still cold in the AM here). Cory has had his Repsol out...said he "might" have hit 120MPH with it...just blowing the dust off, you understand!

Cough.... Cough... Sneeze... Feeling the dust here in SoCal. I guess I need to blow the cobwebs out this weekend...  :sarcastic:
The glass is not half full, it was engineered with a 2X safety factor.

That's good Allen. I did the same, except I deleted the "work" part.. Had a good time. The bike is running great. Came home and changed the oil.  Ready for a short trip tomorrow.

Awesome.
But with all those cruisers and pickup trucks, I would have guessed your location was Alabama, not Colorado. Am I stereotyping?

I work with a bunch of Harley & cruiser owners but this is the only bike that made it into work today.
You know the excuses....too hot, too cold, too sunny, too windy, too cloudy, LOL  :yahoo:

Me too! Been riding every day this week. It's been a long winter here. This is the first week with weather nice enough to do this.

Yeah, I hear them all too.....................................Most days, mine is the only bike in the parking lot. They all complain it's been too cold..................I always respond with "You don't wear enough gear"......................They just give me a puzzled look after that  :sarcastic:

I've gotten comments like "Jeez, you ride that thing all the time?", and "You're usually the only one that rides if the weather is not perfect"
As long as it's not going to rain or snow, I ride..................The cold doesn't bother me much.... :good:

I went for a 200 mile ride with some guys two Sunday's ago........................We rode the twistys around the front range, and Rampart range.........Through Deckers.
Had some nice BBQ at "Rudy's" in Manitou Springs, and some coffee at a little shop called the "Speedtrap" in Palmer Lake..........

At one point the road opened up into a long straight, and the guy on the Aprilia Shiver passed me and took off......................I gave him a few seconds head start, and took off after him..................I gained on him pretty quickly, and followed him into the next section of twistys..............at our next stop I checked my max speed on the GPS. Said I hit 114mph  :yahoo:

Yes, I say that all the time also! I rode to work once in freezing fog. A layer of ice fell off the front of my leather jacket when I walked in the door.

There are about a dozen parking lots where I work. A mirror image in most of the lots. Very few non-cruisers in attendance.  :pardon: This photo was taken this morning.

Nice weather, been riding all week, now for Sunday they're calling for 4-6 inches of snow.
