As a Californian, I must take issue with this "joke." 
1st.: Rick Perry's gun was a .380, not a .45.
2nd.: It wasn't a state issued gun. 
Otherwise. It's spot-on!

Ed---not a joke but I find it humorous. Most of the liberal media make fun of Gov Perry for shooting a coyote. California is a great state with great people except maybe my relatives in Riverside and San Diego.
