Iridium looks good on the black and blue  89 too. Thanks to Fred. I did this back then.

I know this is an old thread, nice mods! I've seen lots of posts on how good they look, how well do they work? Better wind buffeting protection or just a great looking mod?

I'm a 6'2" tall rider looking to get a better air bubble to keep from being blown off.  :rofl2:

I am short at 5' 7". For me, the big difference was.... the OEM windscreens created alot of turbulence at my helmet. The CBR1100XX windscreen stopped the turbulence. Maybe Alan can chime in, he is closer to your height.
