Personalized license plates

Was thinking about getting personalized plates for the FJ, and this was pointed out to me

I wonder what they'd do if someone filed suit because they can't get them...

I think that was the case, a cop filed suit when he could not get his existing personalized plate renewed.
The plate read 'oink'...
