  Good day all...As I write this thread, I look out of my window here in Erin Ontario and watch the snow flakes falling from a gray winter sky and turning my yard in to a White winter wonder land... I gotta guess that my riding season is done NOOOOOOOOooooooooo

The great Canadian annual tradition of wash/wax/service/repair/replace/repaint/upgrade, etc, etc begins

In a little over a month, the big fat guy in the Red suit...yes, the one that leaves all that reindeer shit all over your roof, eats yer favourite cookies and has a decent swig of yer single malt... will have been down yer chimney and left, for a lot of us, (courtesy of family/friends), some nifty bike stuff

For those who's beggin' cries, rolling around on the floor having a wee tantrum, etc, etc, went unheeded by said family and friends all is not lost

Who will join me for the North American International Motorcycle Super Show on 3, 4, 5 January 2014???

Well Guys I have to confess, the idea of the FJR was too much to resist.
I picked up a 2003 FJR, was able to get a couple test rides before the snow came, now its time to do the winter overhaul.
Impression so far is great weather protection, suspension, engine, tires, and that power windshield is amazing,
BUT I already miss the sporty ride of the old FJ, wish I could have kept both.
Hope to see you at the show if the weather isn't too bad, every year I planned on visiting the bike show there was a snow storm.

Sure, I'd like to go.  I'd prefer to get there early; it gets crowded.  Either Sat or Sun works for me.
