This a.m. my kid and I blasted up Decker Canyon over to Mulholland and down the Snake for breakfast. As we were eating, the place broke out  "Happy Birthday" as I was walking down a kindly gentleman I talk to every week was smiling. Norm, who has a bad ass Triumph Triple and just bought a FZ9, was celebrating his 88 B-day. 88 and still bangin gears... I have a 60 something salesman who's always talking he's too old to get back to riding. What a wuss.

I'm not the fastest FJ rider, I am 'half-fast', the fastest slow guy....

Doing my best to maintain that logic. God willing and the creek don't rise!

Excellent!  I bet you and Shawn had fun on Decker!  That road is a blast up to Mulholland from PCH OR from the Westlake side...the latter seems to have the turns banked just perfectly and they come at you fast!

Not only do I hope I'm still living well into my late 80's, I hope I'm still riding and smiling the whole way!
