I was watching TV last night and tuned into a special about the Kennedy assassination......it was called 7 hours that changed the world.....or something like that. I have seen hundreds of hours about that event...I was and impressionable 3 month old at the time of the event and was wondering what I had gotten myself into.....anyway...I was tuning in to The Breakfast coverage in Fort Worth and just so happened to tune into the song that "The Texas Boys Choir" sang to JFK 4 hours before he was shot...... the song was called  "The Eyes of Texas are Upon You" and the Lyrics go like this

The eyes of Texas are upon you,
all the live long day,
the eyes of Texas are upon you,
you can not get away

Do you think you can escape them
at night or early in the morn
the eyes of Texas are upon you,
til Gabriel blows his horn

Then I spent some time poking around and found some very interesting theories.......and I am really starting to believe it was LBJ......

I don't know about anyone else...but I would love to know the truth......Did LBJ do it?

Nixon seems to think so

Must have been the same special I watched last as well! So many unanswered questions still, and at the end of the show they said the truth died that day with LHO, fascinating stuff.

It's reasonable to consider LBJ as a prime suspect.  Lot's of evidence to support it.  I'm not all that sure though.  The truth will likely never be known.

among so many things that remain a mystery........Conelly and Johnson were buddies from years before....and it was Conelly who begged JFK to visit Texas who despised Kennedy..Kennedy once referred to Texas as "the land of the nuts".
Something that Conelly said after he got hit...which ....to this day has stuck in my ass like a bee sting......."My god....they're going to kill us all"  What strikes me about this comment is that sounds more like a statement.....and he uses the word  THEY.....and the word US.....as if he knew that there were more than one assassin and that only one person was supposed to be targeted. He doesn't shout...."get down" or "gun fire" or "What was that" or even "someone's shooting" ..... he makes a conclusive statement rather than one of uncertainty or question....like he was certain of the event but shocked to realize he was also a target.
I do believe that Oswald was part of the conspiracy but at the lowest level and he probably didn't have a clue about his role.

This is an interesting piece...

.....as an objective observer (being a Canadian), I have always believed that the South and the North have never really seen eye to eye

Bush Sr. Laughs at JFK Shooting

another Texan....

Who Knows...Jackie may have known something too....she did not want to go on the trip and she did not want to sit down in Fort Worth for breakfast on the day of his John J's assassination. Took her forever to finally be persuaded to join her husband (Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned)......

LBJ probably took out Robert too.....had he been elected...the books would have been opened and Robert had a truck load on Johnson.........lots to think about....fascinates me....and it puzzles me that the American people are not allowed to know the truth..... :scratch_one-s_head:

I'll be glad when this shit is over.... I'm tired of it.

You get my vote !

obviously not tired enough to voice your opinion..... :scratch_one-s_head:

Unlike 43% of this country I do vote... Trivia, Our current gross lack of leadership only got 51.01% of the popular vote and only 57% could be bothered to  vote. In rough terms it looks like he only represents around 30% of the population.
