I've sent 4 requests to Cortech for help and haven't gotten a single reply. I believe the bags that came with my bike are their Sport Bag line and I'm missing one of the straps (has a loop on one end and the quick connect on the other end). I've looked around the net and eBay and can't seem to find one anywhere. Does anyone have any leads on where else I can look? TIA!

Some pictures might help if you want us to identify your bag.... Once you are certain of the manufacturer, then you will know who to contact for help.
The glass is not half full, it was engineered with a 2X safety factor.

Here's a pic of the bags mounted on the bike (http://www.roguemammoth.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/09/DSCF1633.JPG) take before I bought it so it's not in my Gallery. I know they're Cortech since they say that all over the bags lol. I'll take a pic of the strap and post it later...

Well, since we know with out question that it is Cortech, we don't need pics to help you identify it. Try contacting Tour Master as they own Cortech http://www.tourmaster.com/xcart/help...us&mode=update

Thanks FJMonkey, but that link isn't any good. I've used the Cortech sites Contact Us form and their service email address (http://cortechperformance.com/xcart/help.php?section=contactus&mode=update) and haven't heard back. I'd love to call them but they don't have a phone number listed anywhere on their site.

Thanks, that's the same exact form I've been using. Tried that 3 times then sent an actual email.

The bags look just like the Nelson Riggs bags. You might contact N.R. about some replacement straps. I have what I beleive are the same ones on mine.
Also they are not to hard to make if you know someone that can sew the webbing.
My looped straps have plastic snap connectors on the end. I don't know if thats any help. If need be I can take a picture or measure mine.

Thanks George, those do look like my bags. I just got off the phone with Helmet House and got a part number for the 4 piece mounting strap kit (82279) and got a phone number for a local dealer, so I think I'm all set. Thanks to everyone for the quick responses!
