Just browsing through these old jokes reminded me of an example I saw when in Tokyo a few years back. Sorry, I didn't have a chance to grab a picture (pre smart phone days).
There was a building across the road from our hotel in which there was a tattoo parlor. The sign on the wall outside was translated literally from Japanese to English "PRICK ROOM"!
