Noel, what was the results of the answers provided...inquiring minds want to know.

Sorry for the tardy response, I've been away.

There is no answer, it was just an eBay ad for a complete running bike and a couple of things caught my eye that at the time the photo was taken would have prevented it from being a runner.

Just seeing how eagle eyed our FJer's are. A lot of things were picked up that I didn't see.
