If anyone has the time and opportunity I need to know your hub width of the later FJ 1200 hub the measurement taken from the backside of the disc to backside of the other I think.

Chiz,
I just checked the width on the FZR 1000 wheel I have the in shop, it measured 4.723" across the rotor mounting surfaces.

I think I'd better ask, were you referring to the front wheel? Or were you asking about the rear wheel?

OOPS sorry front wheel
Thanks

Joe  It would appear you have the identical rim as I do. Was wondering how this width compares to the later 1200 hub.Wondering because all it would mean is to find the right discs and they would line right up with correct axel spacers to the calipers. yes?

Chiz,
The brake rotor mounting surfaces should be the same distance for the later model FJ wheels and the FZR 1000. The FJ 1200 rotors are the correct rotors to use, the FZR rotors are ,320 mm od, the FJ are 298mm. The 1987/1988 FZR wheels are the only ones to use the correct bearing ID  to make them a direct bolt on.
