Thanks Trev,
Your wind screen looks great.
That should suit me just fine (since I'm just five six and a half).
Like those bar-ends, and the engine slide bars too.
Mine(1992 FJ 1200) is bone stock, doubt I'll ever catch up to you on the upgrades, but you have all ready givin' me some ideas.
I'll be keepin' a close eye out for pictures of your bike in the future.
And welcome aboard Trev! This group has been nothin' but top notch.
You lads across the pond seem to have better lookin' bikes from what I've seen!

Thanks Rowdy. I think my next job to do will be to fit a pair of LED spotlights to the crash bars. I used to have these on my Yamaha Diversion 900 ( called a Seca over there?) The only place to mount them was by bolting them to the underside of the fairing. I put some metal sheet inside the fairing in an attempt to spread the load. But, the plastic broke, it fractured where the two halves of the fairing were joined together, then a triangular piece broke off.

On the FJ they will fit onto the crash bars.

Sounds cool, post a pic after you put them on there, I'm very interested in the result...
Also, thanks for the information on the Powerbronze. I'm currently looking for another windscreen, the one I have is all scratched up, and perhaps at the same time get some of the air of my body and helmet. Living in Scandinavia, its a little cumbersome to order parts from the U.S.A. or Australia.

This is as I bought it. Complete with the awful purple screen

Cylinder heads since spray painted as well.
i actually like the purple screen,
unless you ride bikes, I mean really ride bikes, then you just won't get it
