I would be surprised if Frank decided to paint Stormy's frame black.

Too lazy to even paint the engine...

If I do repaint the '84, it will be stock looking...  Dr Jekyll.  The '92... Mr Hyde... isn't stock at all.  Maybe I need new plates?

Enough thread jack...  back to the subject project!

Blame Yamaha's decision for the silver frame on this:

Seeing that picture, I just remembered how I felt when I saw the FJ 1100 for the very first time, 35 years ago  !!!!!

Still the best looking colors for the FJ. But that dark blue with gold stripes looks pretty sharp and the white and silver and the pink striper..........
A pistol is like a parachute, if you need one and don't have one you will never need one again.

after a long time i was finally able to continue working on my projects.

I had a motorcycle accident last year and I dropped out for a couple of weeks, so I had to rethink riding a motorcycle.

I sold 4 of my FJ1100, I only kept 3 fragments for handicrafts.

I bought a BMW 1150 GS with ABS to drive

During Corona I had a few weeks' time work on my projects, the frame for the Street Tracker Project are black now, I changed a few Ideas, now installed a F77 Rim (Thundercat 17mm axel) at rear I installed a R62 Rim from FZR1000.

Thriumph brake caliper in front, next I work on Fairing, Tank and seat.

Lots of things to do, also I worked a bit on my Enduro project, fitted Fairing and Fork.

some more pics, Fairing, Tank and Storz Seat get Grey and the Enduro get Faraway Blue like the Paris Dakar 920 from JCO
