But!!!! I notice on my '85, that the choke lever assy. is dependent on the interlock between the l/h switch housing and the clutch m/c. There is a protrusion off the m/c that the switch housing engages that keeps it still when the choke lever is engaged, keeping the whole assy. from spinning. Any thoughts? I imagine the fjr master would not have the stud either. Could i drill the bar and put a stud there?
I found out the same problem, but due to changing fairings to start with, could you cut out the fairing panel and mount the later style choke, the bracket is easy enough to make
