I'm no rocket scientist but that cone needs to be turned around to restrict the exhaust and generate some velocity. On the other hand he might have an igniter set up in the nozzle and when lit, run like the after burners are full on.    :bad:
The glass is not half full, it was engineered with a 2X safety factor.
