Ok.  The previous owner just recently spooned on new rubber...so I'll wait till I need a new rear tire to look at changing the wheel out.

Are there any aftermarket mirrors that are direct bolt on replacements?  My right one has a slight cosmetic issue and is a bit loose at the mirror.

Yes, there are many after market mirrors that are a direct bolt on replacement.
