I returned back home to Hungary on Saturday. My poor FJ has been parked in the garage since November, 2012. Then I had my accident in December that took me out for a few months. After a fresh battery charge, I tried to start it to ride to work today, but no go. It chugged on a couple cylinders, then the battery ran out of juice trying to re-start it. I put it back on the charger and when I came home from work, it cranked right up. I took the beast out for a ride just now... how I missed that acceleration! I continually missed second gear when shifting fast/hard because of my left leg issue. Plus sometimes that's an easy one to miss. But I can shift well when riding like a sane person.

I removed the left cheek pad in my ICON helmet so it would fit with the swelling in my jaw.

Good to be back in the saddle!!! :yahoo:

Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely, in an attractive & well preserved body...but rather to slide in sideways, body completely worn out and and with your last dying breath screaming, "HOOOYA LIFE, lets try that again"!!!

Nice to hear. May each day be better. :good2: :good2: :good2:
