Hi Again,
My 85FJ has a fuel light gauge in the instrument cluster, that I've never seen come on, and i feel is blown :dash2: Does any one know if this fuel light means reserve our .5 gal left in tank :blush: After to days little run out of fuel, and a 1/4  push to  up hill :ireful Fix in this light ,now is on top off the to do  :mail1:I usually reset the odometer,  and keep it  at 160 miles per fill up :i_am_so_happy:Thanks  MarkG

Hey Mark, no reserve switch on the 84/85's thank God. They suck.
On my 84 the red fuel light comes on when I have 1 gallon of gas left in my tank.
Do you have a owners manual? If not, you do need one. You can download one for free. Look in the Files section.
In the owners manual there are a lot of neat tricks you should know...like with the key on...turning your engine stop switch (next to the throttle) to the off position, now push the starter button, you should see 2 red lights on the dash, one for the oil level light and one for the low fuel light.
If you don't see one or the other or both, they are blown.
