Does this look familiar?  http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=380147104857&viewitem=

I just made my own muffler hanger.  There was no way I was going to change the brake position, although I did think about dimpling the pipe so it wouldn't interfer with the brake peddle.  But, in the end I went with the longer hanger because it moved the pipe further away from the foot peg mount.

Nice system, but I have noticed a bit of the muffler packing coming out.  Over all great value, and I would recommend, although I haven't seen any up for auction lately.

Thats the guy I bought mine from.
That may have even been the auction I won. seems about the price i paid for mine.
I know he listed a bunch of systems for various years of FJ.
And I am going to make my own longer hanger cause I don't like my brake lever like that.
maybe he has more.

I know it the same seller  :i_am_so_happy:, but this is the one I won sometime ago  :good2:.  I just finally put it on my bike.  I put the same angle bends as the stock hanger onto my own hanger, but made it a few inches longer, and it worked out great.

Later...  :bye2:

Yep, I have a Kroaker on my '92. It's ok, but there are better systems out there.
Re: Brake pedal; I cut a triangular notch on the botton side of the brake pedal arm, bend the arm down, and re welded the  arm to get the pedal down to where I needed it so I did not have to dimple the collector tube.
I wanted to keep the tube and muffler up high and tight as possible.
Re: muffler packing; same thing happened to me with the fiberglass packing blowing out. I repacked the muffler with course kitchen (scouring grade) stainless steel. Never had a problem since.

The big drawback with the 4 into 1 Kroakers is the lack of access to the oil drain. What a PIA.

Knowing what I know, if I had to do it over, I would have invested in a 4 into 2 into 1 system made by D&D (which are still available) The 4 into 2 into 1 design allows full access to the oil drain plug.

Shaun,
The guy I bought mine from has one for sale on e-bay right now. It says for 92-93, but I've been told that the mounting point on the footpeg bracket is all that's different, so it should fit yours with maybe a hanger bracket modification.
so here's the link.

I bought a delkavic stainless exhaust for my 84 FJ. Love it!!! its not Cheap-but still reasonable and so worth it. you have a multitude of cans to choose from with carbon fiber or polished stainless to choose from. and you can see what each can looks like installed on an Fj on there website. The sound is fantastic-even with the DB eliminators installed. This system worked very well with my big bore kit and custom jetting. Check out the website-www.delkevic.com
