Just stumbled across you guys yesterday and I'm very excited.  :yahoo:  I bought my '86 FJ almost 5 years ago after it had been sitting for 10.  My dad owned an '84 when it first came out, then bought an '87.  He's the one that actually found mine on craigslist.  I've been slowly working at restoring mine back to factory condition, RPM looks like it's going to be a big help, and I'm finally ready to sell all my extra parts.  I look forward to reading many posts on this site.

Thanks,
Trevor

Hang around here a while, and your FJ will be a lot better than 'factory condition'.     :good:

Welcome to the group Trevor, what part of the world are you in?

It is becoming common that folks are finding FJ's that have set for years and now are resurrecting them. With RPM and enthusiasts here the opportunity is available to make our FJ's better than they were when they rolled off the showroom floor.

Welcome Trevor, jump in with both feet to enjoy the FJ insanity we have going on here. Better throw more wood on the fire, this digital campfire is getting bigger each day.

Yep! I will be kegging 10 gal of wheat beer tomorrow, I split the batch, 5 gal with German yeast to get that light banana/clove aroma and the other 5 with American yeast so I can play with fruit flavors as the Germans like to do. And I have been thinking of making wings so I can develop a great wing sauce. Tough to do when the weather is yelling at me to get out and ride.
