I stopped by my friend Al's machine shop yesterday, and these were just "hanging around" in plain sight:
(sorry for the crappy phone-photos; It was all I could muster at the time!)

1941 Indian Scout

1962 Yamaha

Same 1962 Yamaha

Al also manufactures "Penny-Farthing"-style bicycles under the name "Victory Bicycles". http://www.victorybicycles.com/

He used to be heavily into sports cars, and still has a Porsche 356, Porsche 914, MGA Coupe, A couple of vintage VW Beetles, a VW Rail Buggy, and a VW-powered race car.

In one of his out-buildings that's full of motorcycles, he has a 1941 Indian Chief, a 1941 Indian Scout, a 1937 Indian Scout, several Harleys of various vintages, and some other bikes.

One of his current restoration projects is a 1912 Excelsior 500cc single-cylinder motorcycle, similar to these:

Needless to say, Al is a pretty interesting character.

Just thought I'd share some photos with the group.
