The bike is still at the mechanic shop for the head rebuild, VERY slow going. Over all not very happy with the progress.

Since the bike is away, I am accumulating parts to install on the bike once I get it back.

Don't use the yellow bulbs it will look like you are riding round with two fried eggs screwed to the front!  I have a spare pair of silver bulbs that blink yellow if you want them.  Will take weeks to get to you from the uk though!  I went with some super bright led ones (did need a new led indicator relay but that's about 10 bucks on ebay)

I had a set of these from ebay, they are superbright.

Let me know if you want my silver bulbs!

Is that hugger for the mod? Or did you find something that will bolt straight on?
A life has been well lived, if you have planted trees under who's shade you do not expect to sit.

I'm told I'm cynical, pessimistic and generally miserable. I say that I'm realistic! The fact that reality sucks is not my fault!

I recall Leon getting those clear indicator lenses, they look cool, IIRC they came from Germany, do you have a link?
Also, be careful on your tank bra, if you get any dust or grime under it you will scratch your clear coat, a lesson I learned many years ago on my '84'

Cheers!

New Amber LED bulbs are in the photo next to the 18t sprocket, Thank you for the offer of getting a set.

I have already done the GSXR real wheel mod. The Hugger is from a 92 GSXR1100. Should be a fairly simple install. I have 4 aluminum 'L' brackets made that will be bolted to the swing arm to mount it.

Pat, My tank has a fairly large paint scrape on the right side knee area. That is the main reason I went with the color matched tank bra. I have stomp grips covering the scrape now and even though they work ok, I am not inpressed with the over all look with the stomp grips.

Here is the link for the 88-90 clear front turn signals.

Fred parts look good, I like the turn signal lenses, clear will look good on your bike. I saw smoked ones some time back on another FJ and would like those for mine. Hope they get your bike done soon.

Thanks for the link Fred. I looked around their website but could not find any clear lenses for my '92, sigh.

Hope you get everything together soon...spring has sprung.

Pat here are a couple of links for 91-93 models, Smoked and Clear.
They are a bit pricey.

That link to the website is the only source I know of that offers the clear lenses for the 88-90 models.
