Hello to all fj1100 & fj1200 owner I have a fj1200 and the right side clutch cover needs repaired is this cover aluminum our titanium. This bike has
56k and sounds good. Is there chance some one mite have a good manual for sale. I need to up grade brake components Thanks I hope some one will help me out

Hello Gonzajr,

To answer your questions, The clutch cover is Aluminum, and there are easy front brake upgrades.

Locate the introduction section and introduce yourself, year FJ and where you are located.

Try it before you launch questions that have already been posted and answered. if its the polished section that has yamaha stamped in it,  that piece can be taken off and replaced, of its the black bolt on section it can be welded

Don't know where you're located, but there's a XJR1300 clutch cover on Ebay.uk right now.
Item number 271154553960  Seller says only ship to UK, but usually a request will fix that.

I have seen people fix small cracks with epoxy on the back of the cover. Remove oil with some brake cleaner first. Hope this helps?
