Are there mirror extenders out there for the fj? I have an 89 fj. My stock fj mirrors i just cant get that sweet spot no matter what i do. They just seem a tad to short.

Don't know about extenders, but there is a CBR mirror  replacement. FJmonkey have made an excellent thread on this topic..
Take a look,  it might interest you

I have done billet aluminum spacers (extenders) for our FJ's in the past. I will check to see if I have any left in stock. A 1 in. spacer between the stock mirror and the fairing works great for me, I'm 230lbs and 6'4". If you need more then that you can use the 86-87 mirrors with my spacers for a much wider view. Henry has a pair of my spacers (I think) with the 86-87 mirrors on his 89. He's not extra wide, he just has big elbows.

I thought Henry broke all his mirrors?  :-)

At least that used to be the Rally Ritual.
Everyone gathers around to watch Carey and Henry unload their bikes.  Henry drops his and breaks a mirror.  Almost like clockwork.

Maybe Henry's replacement mirror budget running short was why they actually rode down to the last fall rally!

Henry's too busy breaking mirrors FJR to mess with his FJ...       :bomb:
