Changing User Name

I'd like see who has the power to change my username - actually, I'd like to know if you change them, some forums do, some do not.

Who should I PM?

Marsh is top dog, its his web forum. If it is possible then he would know.

My username, Ribbert, was an error and should have been my name, Noel.
I would change it if I could.  Even if ribbert was in brackets after Noel to maintain some connection and responsibility for previous posts.

I find it hard to remember who is what username when you meet them at a rally .

I choose to use my name to avoid confusion on posts . 

some of us have some very common names.

perhaps a aka section would be helpful.
