List of donor bikes by model and year

Merry Christmas to all, would like to get a list of donor bikes (Model and Year) that I can swap parts over or make reasonable modifications from to fit my 85/1100 and that are available here in the states. I have searched the files and see references but often times the year of the bike is left out. I know some donor bikes are available only in the UK and Europe but not state side. I particularly need a clutch master cylinder as mine has officially given up the ghost. Any and all suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I have checked eBay for parts but it seems to be slim pickens at the moment compared to a year ago. Thanks for your help.

You may just want to buy a rebuild kit from RPM and make it work for an amount that is likely cheaper than a replacement part -even a used one.

Sure it's not the slave? That's the side that goes out more often.
Other than the rebuild kit suggested by Dan, I'm pretty sure that all the late 80s Yamahas have the same master for the clutch.

To lazy to go look it up but the Clutch master on my 85 is not the same as on my 90.It also costs more for a rebuild kit.I would think that a later year would be the way to go.

I have a 93 with the mirrors mounted on the  fairing but the handlebars still have the threaded holes for the old style mirrors with plastic plugs installed in them...if that helps.

Are you sure those holes are threaded?  IIRC, someone mentioned that the later year m/c's holes were not threaded.

Yes, I was a heavy duty equipment mechanic for 30 years working on underground heavy equipment and I know what a threaded hole looks like,  Arnie.  It is a Canadian bike and is not ABS either.

I had to go digging....and yep my old '92 oem clutch m/c has a plug on a threaded hole just as Greg said...
