Id like a gravity feed with an on/off option. anyone done this before i go looking myself?

Or what I did recently:

Vacuum flow control in the run position and it has Prime to fill up the carbs. You lose the goofy E-Reserve function.

 I have used the Pingel 9050-AV Inline Vacuum Valve with the 229-8-6 90 degree 3/8" fitting mounted in the adapter plate for several years. I also use a Pingel inline filter. This eliminates the PITA of shutting off the petcock every time you stop. Flows more than enough fuel for FCR's.

Right, it wouldnt need to be a petcock, just an inline on/off valve i can route for accessibility. All sorts of room behind the carbs with those UNI's. So, adapter plate, fitting, valve, a filter, quick connects, im into over-engineered solutions

right now my fuel line exits the petcock straight down the middle of the left bank UNI filter, in between it and the carb bodies. It was a squeeze but a lil lube and it fit right in. then the t fitting below the pod filter. Theres probably a good foot of hose under the filters, kind of coiled. For no good reason.

Extra fuel line on a G/F system??? Keep the RPMs low....

really, why? I had it in the upper register today and it acted fine. 8.5k in third gave me tunnel vision for a bit :)

Full tank, Ok, low tank, less pressure to feed the carbs. If you can keep your Kookaloo in the full to half tank zone than all is good. No Kookaloo (short bursts will work) in the low tank/pressure range with a G/F bike running on F/P carbs...

G/F = Gravity Feed, F/P = Fuel Pump...

ah, but these are gravity frd carbs that had been converted to fuel pump by making the fuel lines smaller. which i have since reversed, making them gravity feed again. I think. The float valves were gravity feed size, the mains were 113 tho... air pilots 155, thing runs OK, may need the needles one clip down and the idle screws adjusted. seems to be a bit of a stumble at 0-1/4 throttle.
