Exactly that Pat, I'm going to have major heat problems with this big block so I wanted to put a little cooled oil up there. The left 1/4 of the oilcooler feeds the head.

looks like a usefull mod, wonder if randy has a kit for that, extra cooled oil can't be a bad thing  :good2:
unless you ride bikes, I mean really ride bikes, then you just won't get it

I talked to Randy about this, his opinion is... that we don't need it on our street bikes.....
Randy has his own ideas on top end oiling. I noticed that he does not use the Hank Scott top end kit on his race cars.
Randy has a trick he uses where he adds a extra chamfered groove to the cam bearings for extra oiling.

It wouldnt clear the frame on a FJ either.My 1314 motor came with the fittings for one and I asked about one then.

cool, thanks pat, , if anyone would know it would be randy  :good2:,, now all I have to do is weld in the brackets for this xjr cooler before I attempt to head over for the rally , , hopefully ,,  :scratch_one-s_head: :good2:
