Thanks Harvy, its 4 tickets if we can make it. Not really likely this year but I need to plan for it next year. Need to keep my bucket list as short as possible. Never know when you will kick the bucket....

Thanks for the heads up Doug, Nicolle and I will be making a reasonable trip of it - booked for 8/9 - tried for the 7th but they are chokkas....
Will definitely have to "clean" the old girl up now...though she ran pretty well up to Bathurst and back.... Look forward to meeting everyone..

:unknown: Okay Okay..... I did a bit of Googling and discovered:-
1. There is a Blue Power Ranger that was sent to another Planet.
2. He eventually Murdered his wife. ...

We have established that the Red Power WonderRanger  gained her powers in Aus. (now that makes sense!).  She`s not all that "free Range", according to her captor... and that she mumbles.
Still sounds sus to me!....How do we know that one of ours isn`t tied and gagged in a shed somewhere,  hope`n for a true blue mate ta rescue her from evil clutches!
..thought I`d do some more detective work and check out tha 28 names that have already paid their $50 at Bellingen Valley Lodge for 9th March. .. ta see if she was amongst `m.

That`s when I realised some more mates might be missing.  I asked tha receptionist did she see anyone pay extra? Any of `em look like a clown? Have a pointy  snoot?, Sticky fingers? Large Scars? Bare Hoofs? Red dusty face? Any ridin an Orange Bike? A Westerner with no Fairing? Did ya pass a tense bloke with a microphone?  Any with a shiney long handled Tommahawk? How about an invisible  medical type ? What about noisey and reflective in tha head?
But  more importantly was there a Wench that looked gorgeous had an Aussie accent and wrist scars?.....
Nope... none that fitted any of those profiles.     ...They definateley hadn`t booked yet.
So ... From what I could work out there`s a lot more Rif Raff that said they wouldn`t miss this event  for tha World,  nor sleet or snow.... that might`ve been tied up too! (lucky they gave us tha place exclusive for another week)

Anyhow...rang Baldy ta verify if there was anything sus when he visited the Red Power Ranger...but before I could get more investigative, he starts spit`n and shout`n..." Shit! shit! Shit, I haven`t paid me refundable fifty bucks!"...then he hangs up on me ta call The Bellingen Valley Lodge (02 66551599)-
..and I`d always thought he wouldn`t know what day it was!  (popcorn)

The above post had a great affect - Bozo, Chromeaxe and Candyman paid their deposits. (still a few ta go). Problem is Baldy got so excited he didn`t notice a lady driver going thru a give way sign this morning on the way to work.. Sad ta say His bike is a mess but so pleased Baldy is okay and released from Hospital late this arvo with minor strains and scratches.. Lady Driver`s ears are yet to recover.

Thanks Monkey mainly a bruised ego!!
It wasn't that I was that excited the silly girl wasn't paying attention and didn't see me, looks like the bike has some serious damage to the front end, forks are bent, had just spent $1500 having them upgraded, not very happy!!!

Glad your OK and you took less damage than the bike. I hope you get enough compensation to cover the cost of repairs. I guess you were wearing your gear with mainly a bruised ego. Keep us posted.

Timing has much to do with the success of a rain dance.

Dan Filetti

Sorry to hear about the off.  Glad to hear you are not severely injured.  Now, get that FJ back up to good working order asap.

This'll keep you mind off the bruised ego and muscles :)

Dan

Live hardy, or go home.

Arnie

Baldy,

Wasn't that the "R" model (semi-copy FJ) you were riding?  Still, not good to have it and you damaged.
Did the otherwise occupied twit appologize?  And more important, have insurance?

Heal soon,

Arnie

Marsh White

Sorry to hear that Baldy....  :(    :empathy2:  Hopefully there is enough insurance to get you back into another FJ - if not - I do know of an FJ fairly close to me (down the hall in my garage actually) that we could always have shipped over to ya...
