Peeps,
As is by now somewhat traditional, the renegade rally is approaching. Hurrah!!!
Typically it's a bit up in the air, but that's an advantage because the date of the event is chosen by you; the riders. (I'm flexible)
The facts at this time of going to press are:
it's round the good valley roads of Napa........ er.. well that should be enough for anyone. (i'll google a fabulous route and post it soon).
SO those who are interested, check your weekend calendars and the date with the most votes WINS.
(one couch available and tented accommodation for any overnighters).

Andy,

Thanks for lining this up.  I'd love to come up for a day.  I think most of the days are OK, esp if it is earlier in the day for the ride.  I have commits on the following dates:  9/21-9/23, 9/29, 10/6, 10/12-13, 10/27...

Let me know if we can get something lined up.  I'd also just meet up for a Berryessa ride sometime...   :bye2:

I would be good for the 10-6/7, and possibly the 13/14 if I know soon enough and can have Chandra get it on her work schedule.

She is already off the 6th.

sorry forgot about a wedding on the 6-7 i have to go to.

andyoutandabout

OK folks - lets do it OCT 6 th - sorry the fella who has a wedding that weekend.

Hope this is the best for the most so to speak. Now would be a good time to say if it's not (nothings written in stone)

I'll post a couple of routes to choose from by the end of this week (Skaggs Springs will be on one if not both options)

Be nice to get a reasonably accurate head count, so I can prepare a sumptuous BBQ (or at least a cucumber sandwich)

Kickstands up at 10 AM

Be there

I will let you know tomorrow, same question as Mark, lodging in the area?

P.S. the new RPM rear shock will be on my bike for those in attendance and some test rides might be able to be accomplished.

Mark and Randy,
Ouch - hotels in Napa - now that's money. If you don't mind camping I can arrange a shelter in the back yard - I'll even turn off the sprinkler system.
Actually what I was thinking was the wife and I would find ourselves round a buddies.
There'd be two rooms available  - one with comfy double bed, one with somewhat firmer futon - shared bathroom.
The beauty of them is that they are wonderfully no money whatsoever.
Didn't think this too bad an arrangement for a friday night.
Come on, it'll be fun.
No snoring.

I think my wife is looking in American Canyon. I need you address for the starting point so we can try and get as close as possible. You can email it to me privately so it is not posted on the interweb...

I want to make sure there is enough room for those traveling greater distances like the monkey.
