If you ordered with a credit card I would contact the card company, explain the situation and dispute the charge.  Call Randy at RPM and get it coming.  If the parts do come in just send them back.

Unfortunately I used a charge card so I can't go down that route.  I now know that all future parts enquiries will through Randy first!

In the mean time I have tracked my item with USPS and it appears to be spending it holidays in Florida where it has remained for the last 4 days!!! I have tried to email the USPS but the email form will only let me contact customer service if I have a us address to put on their form.  Why are some simple tasks so bloody complicated!

Just a thought, if there is a kind person out there who wouldn't mind hassling the USPS for me, send me a pm and I will give you the tracking number.

Ok folks it's time for an update!  Well the parts have finally arrived, USP took 4 weeks to get them to me!  So I'm now ready to upgrade the front end!!

What have I learnt from this experience.  Rule number:-

1) Always consult with uncle Randy before going of on your own.

2) If at any time you find yourself considering an initial course of action that in any way opposes rule 1, then don't!!

3) never order from a faceless website without consulting with a real live person.
