How to post a YouTube video?

I managed to post videos from my Photobucket account, but how do you post a video from YouTube by integrating it into the post and not as an external link?

I did a search, but the only thing that came up was another post where "CanDman" asked the same question, but got no reply (http://www.fjowners.com/index.php?topic=4859.msg42863#msg42863).
