Running then not repeat......

Have been going over the manual to see if i might have missed something with the fuel system . Looking at the diff tanks from non-cali tanks to cali tanks looks like mine at one time had the evaporation system on it but has been removed ! I wonder if this could cause the fuel problem ? any thoughts if this could be true ?

Well after going over everthing Carbs,battery,coils,wiring came down to only thing i cant check and thats the Dyna box.Did find a few suspect wires and fix them and still had same problem . So made a call to Dyna and sent it to them to have tested . If its bad i hope that was the problem if its good i have no idea where to go from there

UPDATE : 
Well got back from Mid-Ohio vintage and there were some nice bikes there. Only saw 2 FJs a 1100 and a 1200 and thats it. Well right befor i left DynaTek called and told me the ignition box that i have is over 7 years old and has been fix 2 other times. So when i got back i called them on monday and ordered a new one at a discount which was cool of them i thought. Well got it today and pluged it up and checked a few things and off i went ! After having it leave me sitting on the side of the road so many time trying to get it to run i think the new box did the trick !!! Took it out for a non-stop ride off and on throttle thru town out side of town . Everything seems fine and running great only thing i can think of is the clutch might be draging but will look into it as i go !!!!
