Road trip tool kit?

A bit more than a towing service. They usually send out a mobile mechanic with a well set up van for minor repairs and can provide a variety of batteries, & fan belts at reasonable prices (labour covered by insurance). If mechanic can`t help he orders the tow truck/vehicle carrier. Recently they sent me a carrier first up and it was available quicker than the mobile mechanic. (40 mins). Cost here for the topline service is around $120 a year.

For my kit
1/4 sockets from 6-10 , 1/4 to 3/8 adapter 10-18 3/8 sockets 6-22 wrenches 2 of #s 8-14, 3/8 rachet 3/8 breaker bar a muliti screw drive,r allen key set, misc nuts & bolts, small vise grips pliers cresent wrench, wire, black tape, shrink wrap, zap straps, tire plug kit, double acting tire pump from a 10 speed, fuses, leatherman and a good pocket knife. Store it in a shaving kit bag it fits in were the factory tool kit was. The pump is tied to the frame under the seat.
