The General

:good2: A proud, memorable day.  Prayers, Parades, Remembrance, Respect.  -Lots of yarns, some beer and two-up.  Discovered we landed in Gallipoli under the cover of darkness (unlike the movie). Didn`t realise the japanese provided safe escorts, nor did I know there was an indian contingent.    Of course there`s is so much more to Anzac day.  - Lest we forget.
