Had a nice wet Day out today with the Tamworth Vintage Japanese.

13 bikes turned out for 200km ride in the rain.

Cruised to Lake Keepit, 100% full last time I seen it full the FJ1100 was new.

Did the Morning Coffee section on my Baby, then changed for the main ride to the Dam,
(little girl has a spot of trouble keeping up)

A rally out in the rain you say? You are braver men than I. My bike has never seen a drop of water on her since I bought her.

But, really, a nice bunch of bikes there. And, amazingly, a CX500 in the midst. I thought that all those died long ago from embarrassment. Having owned one, I can get away with saying that.  :flag_of_truce:

Never saw that red color on 'em in the States, that I recall.

I think those CX500s were underestimated. I once did a 2000kms round trip 2 up, and apart from the inevitable sore butt, she performed admirably, even on some sandy tracks. Wasn't the best handling or quickest around, but very reliable and economical.

Just my 2 cents worth.
