Good evening friends,
My FJ 1200, 1993 and will not let me get the changes, it will be?
It is very difficult because the changes will be:
Clutch?
Oil?
Thanks for your suggestions

Not sure what you're asking.
The FJ1200, all years is very easy to work on.
To deal with the clutch you don't even have to drain the oil, just put the bike on the sidestand.
Changing oil the only difficulty is not burning your fingers on the exhaust pipes when removing the sump plug.
You WILL want to get at least an owner's manual, and probably a workshop manual.

Try re-asking your questions - I or others will be happy to help IF we understand what you're asking.

Cheers,
ArnieMy Portugese is much worse than your English.

Hi Marco :hi:

Are you having problems changing gears?.If you are in neutral on the center stand with the bike running pull in the clutch lever and put it into 1st gear still holding the clutch lever.Does the rear wheel continue to spin?.If so I would check the clutch slave for leaks and if its ok try bleeding the clutch. If this doesn't help you might have to rebuild the master cylinder.Hope this helps!

Cheers :drinks:

Boa noite amigos
De facto o meu Inglês não é muito bom. :dash2:
Agradeço as respostas dadas.
O meu problema é que deixei de conseguir meter as mudanças facilmente
Será problema do nivel do oleo?

In English:

Marco,

from what I can understand, you have trouble shifting gears.

I have a feeling that it is the clutch.

Try to bleed the air out of the clutch line by pushing on the slave cylinder attached on the motor. This will push the air up into the master cylinder.

If this does not help, let us know,

CraigO

Using the Babylon translator.

I believe he's asking about changing the oil in the crankcase, and something along the line of does the clutch use the same oil as the transmission or is it different lubricants - like my Bultaco used to have, 30 weight for the clutch and 90 weight for the transmission/gear box).  Marco, they are one and the same, 3000ml goes into the gearbox.
