What exactly is a Klavdy anyway? Until I joined this group I had never heard that name or word – Ever. Of course I had never heard of Kookaloo either. Is it one of those one-word names that only the super famous get to use – like Sting, Bono, or Madonna? Maybe it's the Australian version of Kramer.  All this talk of Klavdy got me thinking about the true meaning of Klavdy. That's when it hit me – it's not Klavdy, it's KLAVDY! It must be an acronym for something. How about: Kookalo's Legendary Australian Dingo of the Year.  Any other ideas?

I know! - what an idiot! How about I say the V is silent in Canada? Actually, I knew I forgot it minutes after I logged out. D'uh! So it's Kookaloo's Legendary Australian Vicious Dingo of the Year.

Good question.  When I spoke with him at an East Coast rally, he wouldn't even confirm if Klavdy was part of his legal first or last name.  I think one of the West coast crew may know may know, but he's sworn to secrecy

Can't imagine what the secrecy is all about.

I agree..  plain as a rat fart.

What's with australians and the nicknames anyway?  Everything/body has got to have some kind of weird ass nickname.  I like good 'ol given family names.

My name is Forrest Gump.  People call me Forrest Gump.

Beware what you search for.. Searching "klavdy" on Google returns this..

That must be it,,,,,,,, Klavdy means "pigs ass".  Now all we have to determine is if he was acting like one at some time and got the name,,,,, or if had some sort of unusual attraction to them.  Or maybe he REALLY likes ham.

Just like Cosmo Kramer, it will come out at some point.

Klavdy

Pretty simple really,as a child, my name was anglicised  from Klavdy Hrbac to David Rabb.
As an adult, I prefer Klavdy so I use that name.
Does that satisfy your curiosity?
