Hi Fellow FJ'ers.

The mounting hardware that came with my cheap ass gps might work on a bmx so I knocked up this one in the shed.Yeah I know....rough as guts....but it's only a prototype :flag_of_truce:

















I used 2mm aluminium plate...some m6 threaded rod bent into a u shape & some heat shrink over it and locknuts/washers.The threaded rod clamps under the ignition/steering lock.The gps clamps onto the round black thingy under the ignition barrel.
This is the budjet gps I bought , which surprisingly has better features than the tomtom I use in the car!

Continuing the "Cheap ass" theme its a digital temp meter....

It works well...the only draw back is that it is very hard to read in the day light (looks cool at night though :biggrin:)...should have got the lcd instead of led but it only goes to 150 c
