I think spring 2009 will be my 5th Rally, no I remembered that this is #7. Yes I still count showing up in Boone for an hour in the rain and being a mystery man as Rally attendance #1.  ;D ;D
I Have my BSN in Nursing and currently work in a Cardiac Cath Lab putting in Stents and Pace makers.

My First Street bike was a manly 1991 FJ1200. Wow I sure do miss that raw power. Sold but will never forget her.

I started riding dirt bikes (1979 XR75) when I was in 3rd grade and am so glad I got back into the sport with my street legal 1996 XR400R.
My Current Street Bike is my 1999 VFR Interceptor.

And the XR400R Which has changed a lot since I got her.

Well I will have her for a long time and love it every time I ride. As for any bike I feel it takes a lot to make it mine.
This is what is done on the VFR to date.

Micron Pipe, Vista Cruise, Pirelli Diablo Corsa III, Smaller Front Sprocket, Cut Down MRA Touring Windscreen, Buell Pegs, Pro Grips, HID Headlights, Givi Rack and Top Case, Givi Side Racks and Givi E36 Side Hard Bags, EBC Pads, Sargent Seat, Rear Brake Light Flasher, L.E.D. Brake light Pods, Hawk GT Bars, Exhaust Heat Shield, Pazzo Levers, GPS Stem Mount, Y2K Mirrors with Mirror extenders, Blue L.E.D. dash light's, Sonic .95 Front Springs, Fox Racing Double Clicker Rear Shock / 1300lb Hypercoil Spring, Dual Star Heated Grips, Under Seat Auxiliary Fuse Block, Digital voltage meter.

I have made her into a comfy Sport Tourer that I love taking on trips. The most miles I have clicked in a day has been 375 and will do it again and again.

I absolutly love this bike.

You are right on the money Danny. This Picture was taken shortly before I saw Steve C. miss a shift and shifted it down into 1st and not second. His rear end slid out and I  clinched up as I am sure he did as well. It was a great save.

Steve C.

You're 100% correct Jim, thought I was going from 3rd to 2nd, went to 1st let the clutch out and the game was on ;D!  Sure glad I didn't run out of luck and a meager amount of talent before things got better ;D.  Never did get the stain out of those shorts. ::)
