Could anyone advise who offered 4 into 1 pipes for the 85? I have one on mine that has had the can portion recovered in stainless...quite well mind you but seems a little LOUD.I don't think there is any baffle left in it and was hoping to replace it with a new slip-on??  Thanks.

Mine has a remus viper. Very nice sound. Second hand.

Why not try repacking the baffle?  Usually they're just riveted together, an easy afternoon's work the first time you do it.

Thanks but what is involved in repacking and with what material available where?? Sorry I realize that is a loaded question......

I just ordered a 15" HD kit from these guys, looks like quality product, but I haven't got it yet......   Should be here sometime next week. I have a D&D system that's getting kinda loud.   Bristol Core

Repacking can be done with stainless steel wool, that kinda heavy stainless strips/scouring thingy, or you can go to a dirtbike shop and get fiberglass type packing.

You'll need a drill to remove the old rivets (unless you're lucky, some companies use button headed screws), and a rivet gun and rivets to reinstall them (again unless you're lucky).  Aluminum or stainless rivets work fine.

It's really an easy job, but a little tedious.  Good thing to do in the garage with a couple of beers and some music going.

I've used this packing material. A little pricey, but good stuff.
